Countless friends and family and medical professionals (oncology in Dunedin Hospital) have helped me on my recent journey, the stories of which are now archived, as it’s time to put ‘being a patient’ behind me.

A focus shifted from “Time” to “Perception.”

I can’t speak highly enough of my local GP Dr Andrew McLeod, of the Wanaka Medical Center. Since 1982 he’s been there for me both professionally and as a friend, on more than one adventure.

Special thanks also to two doctor friends Roger Wandless and Jim Vause – your overview of this publication has been especially invaluable. And pretty important! And also special thanks to my close friend, author and publisher, Brian Miller – www.lifelogs.co.nz  Dunedin

Roger was interviewed on National Radio, and it was aired on 22 Nov. 2021. Away from the front-line – doctors as artists. Have a listen as it is relevant to my story.

Cheers Donald
